Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market growth
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends
• Manage and optimize brand presence in the market to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Analyze consumer behavior to inform sales tactics and promotional activities
• Responsible for managing sales of the company’s products and services within a defined geographic region & achieving the assigned sales revenues. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues.
• Serving the needs and maintain the good relation with the existing customers in the territory
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and increase brand awareness
• Manage relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing initiatives
• Track sales performance metrics and report on results to senior management
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
