Positions & Duties:
• Identifying, controlling, and gaining business from market channels
Reducing rejection and delinquency to ensure a quality portfolio
• Deep familiarity with retail’s resources, offerings, business practices, and current market trends
• Recognizing shifting market trends, creating new channels for business acquisition, and offering superior customer service
• To promote operational efficiency and superior customer service, suggest changes to procedures and guidelines within the retail banking industry.
• Find and explore new business prospects while preserving connections with current customers.
• To find trends and development prospects, perform market research and analysis.
• Work together with the marketing group to develop persuasive presentations and sales collateral.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other sales tools to manage the sales pipeline and monitor progress.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
