Job Description

Positions & Duties:

• Within the designated zone, reach and surpass sales goals.

• Establish and preserve connections with both new and current clients.

• Must be in charge of overseeing a group of insurance agents, hitting sales goals, and guaranteeing top-notch client support.

• The ideal applicant will possess outstanding leadership abilities, a track record of success in insurance sales and administration, and the capacity to establish and preserve enduring relationships with clients.

• Recognizing the demands of the clients and informing them of the goods and services that are offered.

• Participating in meetings to discuss the enhancements to the sales plan with the head team members.

• To meet sales goals and raise customer satisfaction, collaborate closely with other team members, such as marketing and administrative personnel.

• Create connections with clients that will lead to future sales.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
