Job Description
Positions & Duties:
• Create and implement sales plans with an emphasis on closing channel sales agreements in order to reach revenue goals in a fast-paced B2B setting.
• Manage, coach, and lead the sales force to guarantee alignment with business goals and sales targets.
• Use outbound cold calls and internal lead follow-up to find new sales prospects.
• Encourage recurring high-value transactions while concentrating on surpassing sales targets.
• Develop and preserve solid client relationships, enabling purchasers at every stage of the sales process.
• Conduct user segmentation, study competing environments, and have a thorough grasp of the market.
• Develop sales narratives, hone priorities, and facilitate clear team communication by utilizing data and insights.
• Collaborate with the group to create a pipeline and close sales in a short amount of time.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
