Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential high-net-worth clients.
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand their financial goals and provide customized solutions.
• Analyze clients’ financial portfolios and recommend appropriate banking and investment products.
• Stay updated on market trends and economic conditions to offer informed advice.
• Build awareness of new products and services, and identify customer needs to capitalize on the business referral opportunities
• Collaborating with other team members and support functions to provide products and service offerings to customers
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products and services.
• Achieve sales targets set by the bank through proactive client engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless banking experience.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
