Positions & Duties:
• Oversee, encourage, and lead a group of sales professionals to meet sales goals.
• Create and implement sales strategies that promote market expansion and revenue growth.
• Analyze sales performance, forecast, and plan territories.
• Work together with cross-functional groups, such as those in product development, marketing, and customer service.
• Give the sales staff product expertise, mentoring, and training.
• Establish and preserve a solid rapport with important clients, such as surgeons, hospital executives, and buying decision-makers.
• Keep abreast with market trends, rivalry, and new product advancements.
• By keeping, expanding, and attracting attendees within your zone, you may consistently surpass revenue targets.
• Work together with other Gartner sales teams to generate leads, sales, and excellent client relationships.
• Use territory-specific sales and account management procedures to meet yearly revenue quota targets.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
