Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
=> Understanding the features, benefits, and technical aspects of the product portfolio.
=> Developing and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
=> Conducting market research in order to stay current on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
=> Giving presentations, product demonstrations, and samples to potential customers in order to promote and demonstrate the company’s products.
=> Sales, pricing, and delivery terms are negotiated with customers, and deals are closed to meet or exceed sales targets.
=> Working with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
=> Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
=> Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
