Job Description
Positions & Duties:
• Obtaining a savings account in the designated segment and generating references from the designated catchment area
• Ensuring a high standard of consumer acquisition in terms of product, segment mix, and constitution
• Activating and onboarding clients on online platforms
• Support the Senior Sales Manager with branch scoping and catchment mapping tasks.
• Regularly update the Branch Manager and Senior Sales Manager on client needs and prospective prospects.
• Making certain that the organization’s SOPs and sales compliance are followed
• Ensuring stringent adherence to internal and external policies and regulations and sourcing quality
• Performing regular activities in the catchment to attract high-quality, HNI clients and increase the bank’s visibility
• Working on important strategic initiatives and asking current clients for recommendations on a regular basis
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
