Associate Relationship Manager

Job Description

The Associate Relationship Manager is responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing excellent service, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell life insurance products. This role includes handling customer inquiries, processing policy changes, and supporting sales efforts, while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat.
•  Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell life insurance products.
•  Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations accurately.
•  Support the sales team with product information and customer assistance.
•  Follow all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

•  Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
•  Ability to build rapport with customers.
•  Familiarity with CRM systems.
•  Knowledge of life insurance products and regulations.
•  Detail-oriented and organized.

Candidates Requirements :

Graduation is mandatory

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
