Job Description

Positions and Obligations:

– Acquire and oversee a group of consultants

– Provide product and technique training to the staff.

– Control agent and team leader productivity and performance

– Complete transactions based on leads that team members have created.

– Manage database utilisation and sourcing, and prepare MIS reports.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of sales experience

– Good communication skills
