Positions and Obligations:

– Overseeing a group of advisors will be your responsibility.

– Leading and creating a robust variable agency model in the region will be their main duty.

– Making the top-line revenue figures available via the variable agency model

– Has the duty of accomplishing the Channel’s renewal goals.

– Preferable from Only Life Insurance Agency Background.

– Proven track record of developing and growing a sales force.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of sales experience

– Good communication skills
