Positions and Accountabilities:
– Developing a business plan that addresses income, expense, and sales controls in order to manage organisational sales.
Reaching predetermined sales targets.
– Assigning personal goals to each member of the sales team.
– Monitoring sales targets and providing updates on outcomes as needed.
– Supervising the sales team’s performance and activities.
– Organising lead generation in tandem with marketing.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is Mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– Good communication skills
