Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
– Manage the sales staff well to achieve growth and meet sales goals.
– Create and carry out a strategic business plan that increases the company’s clientele and guarantees its continued existence.
– Handle sales representative hiring, goal-setting, mentoring, and performance evaluation
– Create and foster enduring connections with customers by collaborating with them and getting to know their needs
– Give the management team reports on sales, income, and expenses along with accurate projections.
– Recognise developing markets and changes in the market while keeping up with new releases and the state of the competition.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– Good Communication Skills
