Roles and Responsibilities:
* Identifying new business opportunities by mapping of the upcoming projects.
* Meeting clients and finalizing the comprehensive Facility Management deals.
* Making business plans, customized presentations & proposals.
* Conduct site surveys along with the operations team.
* Analysing latest trend of the market in terms of Facility Management Services.
* Ensure proper market penetration in the assigned Region.
* Designing Strategy for Sales Team Developing & Managing Strategic Accounts in the assigned Region
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
