Roles and Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify potential customers.
– Utilize various channels, including digital platforms and industry networks, to generate quality leads.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
– Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives focused on lead conversion.
– Set clear lead conversion targets and provide guidance on effective lead nurturing strategies.
– Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s lead conversion skills.
– Develop and implement effective lead-based inside sales strategies.
– Analyze lead data to identify trends and opportunities for improved conversion rates.
– Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies for maximum impact.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
