Associate Relationship Manager – Direct Channel

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Associate Relationship Manager to join our Direct Channel sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving insurance sales through direct customer engagement, offering personalized solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and a desire to grow within the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in Sales Management and developing sales strategies
  Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  Develop tailored advertising solutions to meet client objectives.
  Negotiate and close ad sales contracts.
  Responsible for Sales from ifa Branches.
  Convert leads into confirmed bookings by offering personalized packages.
  Follow up with potential clients to close deals and maximize sales.
  Travel Consultation & Customization
  Make Sales Call to market the Company’s products such as Plastic Bottles, Containers, Closures, Caps & Custom Moulded Products
  Serve as Link between Customers, Head Office, Factory. Will be assisted with sales co-ordination at Office for back office operations.

  Required Candidate profile

• Experience – 2 yrs & above in Insurance/loan/CASA / Finance Preferred from the Insurance Industry
• CTC: 4.25 Lakhs + Conveyance
