Job Summary:
The Associate Relationship Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, promoting financial products, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive sales and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers
• Promote and sell banking or financial products
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Assist customers with queries and provide after-sales support
• Achieve assigned sales and service targets

  Qualifications:

• Graduate in any field
• 0–2 years of sales or customer service experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
