Associate Relationship Officer (ARO)

• Connect with potential and existing customers to understand their needs.
• Promote financial products/services tailored to individual clients.

• Provide excellent post-sales support and customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship or sales roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence in presenting and explaining products.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
