Job Description
The Associate – Sales Development plays a critical role in generating and nurturing leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the initial stages of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, databases, and networking events.
- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for senior sales representatives.
- Track and report on progress, ensuring follow-ups are conducted in a timely manner.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with broader business goals.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years in field sales management.
- Excellent communication, strong leadership, and negotiation abilities.
- Must own a two-wheeler for mobility.
