Job Description

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Associate Sales and Development Representative to join our team!

Responsibilities:-

  • Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

 

Candidate requirements:-

  • 1 to 2+ years of experience in field sales and marketing of insurance / BFSI
  • Any graduate / post graduate
  •  Any local candidate
  • Age :-21-38 years
