Job Summary:

The Associate Sales Executive is an entry-level to mid-level sales position responsible for supporting the sales team in generating leads, managing client accounts, and closing sales. This role involves direct interaction with potential and existing clients, requiring strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a deep understanding of the company’s products or services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online research.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects to ensure a steady flow of sales opportunities
• Initiate contact with potential clients to introduce company products or services.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those requirements effectively.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of offerings.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and contracts to potential clients

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency and for direct channel minimum 1 year experience in sales + 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
• Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
• Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization
