Job Description

Associated Sales Executive supports the sales team in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Responsibility:

  • Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support lead generation efforts.
  • Work with the sales team to manage key accounts and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Support the Sales Manager in supervising and motivating the sales team.
  • Help conduct sales training, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist in handling client queries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations as needed.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Provide inputs for sales campaigns, promotional activities, and pricing strategies.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Required.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales or Marketing
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
