Job Description:
We are seeking an Associate Sales Manager to support sales operations, lead a small sales team, and help achieve business targets. The role involves executing sales strategies, training team members, and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and guiding the sales team
Develop and implement sales plans to meet targets
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Conduct training and motivate sales representatives
Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics

Requirements:
Graduate (MBA preferred)
1–3 years of experience in sales or team management
Strong communication and leadership skills
Target-driven with a proactive approach
Knowledge of the relevant industry (BFSI, FMCG, etc.) is a plus
