Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Insurance Sales Executives or Agents.
• Drive sales of insurance and financial products through the team and self-sourcing.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and training sessions.
• Maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales (insurance/financial services preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
