Job Summary:
We are hiring Associate Sales Managers to lead, motivate, and grow a team of advisors/agents to achieve business targets in life insurance sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify market opportunities to expand business.
• Monitor and guide the team to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and policy renewals.
• Report sales activities and team performance to higher management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably insurance or BFSI.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-orientated and self-driven.
