Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-orientated Associate Sales Manager to contribute to our sales growth. The role involves driving revenue, nurturing client relationships, and expanding business opportunities in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales to meet and exceed assigned targets through individual efforts and team support.
- Identify prospective clients through lead generation, referrals, and field activity.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored financial/insurance solutions.
- Onboard, train, and guide sales advisors or agents (if applicable).
- Monitor and report sales performance metrics regularly.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal compliance guidelines.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to boost client engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Graduate (MBA or PG in Sales/Marketing preferred)
- Experience: 2–6 years in insurance, banking, or direct sales
- Age Criteria: 24–40 years
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales-driven and target-focused
- Familiarity with financial/insurance products is a plus
