Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Associate Sales Manager to support our sales team in achieving targets. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and assisting in team performance to drive business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to meet targets.
- Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, and referrals.
- Meet and convert potential customers by explaining product benefits.
- Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving individual targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Prepare and share sales reports with the manager.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
