Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support team performance to ensure target achievement.
• Conduct regular field visits with team members to boost productivity.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support business growth strategies.
• Ensure timely reporting and compliance with company guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
• 1–4 years of sales or team-handling experience (insurance/BFSI preferred).
• Good leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Willingness to work in a field sales environment.
• Bike and smartphone preferred.
