We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Sales Manager in the Agency Vertical for India’s Leading Insurance Company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support your financial advisor to meet their sales targets.
• Monitor and report on team progress regularly.
• Build strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional financial solutions.
• Identify and pursue new clients in the Insurance sector.
• Develop strategies for expanding our market presence
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Desired Candidates Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 Years in the Sales and Marketing department.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of BFSI products and trends.
• Track record of meeting sales targets.
