Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Recruit, train, and empower a team of skilled insurance agents.
• Foster a culture centered around exceptional customer service.
• Monitor sales performance closely, and analyze market trends.
• Analyze competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Proactively pursue new clients through networking.
• prospecting, and active participation in industry events to expand the client base.

Qualification Criteria: 

• Graduation is compulsory.
• Minimum 2+ years of sales and marketing experience.
• Age: 22 to 38 years.
• Candidates must be local natives for at least 3 to 5 years.
