Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies.
Develop and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve outcomes.
Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Key Qualifications:
1-2+ years of experience in sales or client management.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to lead by example and inspire team success.
Compensation:
CTC: ₹3.00 to ₹3.50 LPA
