Job Description
The Associate Sales Manager will support the Sales Manager in overseeing daily sales operations, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals.
-Supervise and guide the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
-Monitor sales metrics and prepare performance reports for management.
-Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
-Support the recruitment, training, and development of sales staff.
-Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
-Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in any, or a related field.
-1+years of sales experience.
-Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software.
-Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Candidates Requirements :
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
