Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Plan and review sales goals, targets, and activities with agents regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products through the partner network to accelerate sales growth.
• Achieve set sales targets by ensuring partners meet their individual goals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports with insights to management.

Eligibility Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in field sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to lead, manage, and motivate channel partners.
• Age: 21-37 years.
• CTC Package: 3.20 LPA
