Job Summary:
An Associate Sales Officer is involves acquiring new customers, managing existing client relationships, and meeting sales targets for insurance products. Also responsible for tasks like explaining products and policies to clients , maintaining records, and resolving client inquiries.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identifying, recruiting and forming a team who have better ideas on products and policies and who can explain in a better way to customers.
- Understanding a client’s financial situation, risk profile, and specific insurance needs.
- Presenting various insurance policies and explaining their benefits and risks to customers.
- Completing necessary paperwork, submitting applications, and delivering approved policies.
- Achieving individual or team sales goals.
- Keeping up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and regulations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency and for direct minimum 1 year of sales in any field + 6 months of sales in BFSI sector
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
- Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization (If experienced)
