Job Description
The Associate Agency Development Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of insurance agents to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new insurance agents through various sourcing channels
- Train agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards
- Develop agents’ prospecting, calling, and customer engagement habits
- Monitor agent performance and provide regular coaching and feedback
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets
- Ensure agents adhere to company sales practices and regulatory norms
- Conduct field demonstrations and joint sales calls with agents
- Organize customer meets and feedback sessions to enhance loyalty
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in sales or field sales.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Experience in life insurance or financial services or other related sector.
- Strategic mindset with a customer-centric approach
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Goal-oriented with strong analytical and planning skills - Work Environment:
Full-time, office-based with field visits
Reports to: Senior Associate Partner Manager or Office Head
Travel: Frequent local travel for agent meetings and client interactions
