Job Description

The Associate Agency Development Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of insurance agents to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new insurance agents through various sourcing channels
  • Train agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards
  • Develop agents’ prospecting, calling, and customer engagement habits
  • Monitor agent performance and provide regular coaching and feedback
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets
  • Ensure agents adhere to company sales practices and regulatory norms
  • Conduct field demonstrations and joint sales calls with agents
  • Organize customer meets and feedback sessions to enhance loyalty

Required Skills & Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales or field sales.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and mentor a team
  • Experience in life insurance or financial services or other related sector.
  • Strategic mindset with a customer-centric approach
    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
    Goal-oriented with strong analytical and planning skills
  • Work Environment:

Full-time, office-based with field visits
Reports to: Senior Associate Partner Manager or Office Head
Travel: Frequent local travel for agent meetings and client interactions
