Job Description

– It will also be responsible for building & maintaining strong business relationship with senior management of the bank and co-create strategies for various business parameters.

– Undertake strategic planning & lead discussions with counter parts in the bank to achieve sales targets for the zone.

– Drive the right product mix delivery to ensure the profitability of new business.

– Focus on Top Branches/Clusters to ensure counter share of the Life Insurance Company is maintained in the zone.

Desired Candidate:

Qualification: Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
