Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our real estate division.

Roles And Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

• Identify and nurture new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and partnerships.

• Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to optimize performance and productivity.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Requirement :

Min 1+ year of experience in Any Sales/Marketing

Qualification- Graduation mandatory

CTC- Up To 4.00 LPA+ Incentive + Other Benefit
AGE : 21 to 38 Years
