We are hiring a B2B Sales executive to strengthen our team in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by building a strong advisor network and ensuring customer satisfaction through active field engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high-performing agency sales team
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning
- Sales, Marketing, and Negotiation skills
- Conduct field visits and open accounts through direct selling.
- Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results.
- Qualification & Experience:
- Must completed Graduation compulsory.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
- Good at team leadership, local market understanding & reporting
- Comfortable with fieldwork & managing multiple locations
- Ability to explain and convince customers
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented and motivated
