Job Description

We are hiring a result-oriented B2B Sales Officer to manage sales activities in the assigned area, achieve targets, and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for field sales, customer relationship management, and market expansion.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle sales operations in the assigned area
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Generate new business opportunities through field sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage and support team performance
• Identify market opportunities and expand business
• Track competitor activities and market trends
• Prepare sales reports and daily activity updates

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation completed
• Experience in sales and marketing preferred
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Willingness to travel for field work
