Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential customers through direct sales and outreach.
Develop and present tailored product solutions that meet individual customer needs.
Build long-term relationships with customers to foster repeat business and loyalty.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and market trends.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Track and report sales progress, customer feedback, and market trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and promotional strategies.
Assist in generating leads through networking, events, and referrals.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2C sales or a customer-facing sales role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
