Job Description

Position: B2C Sales Executive
Location: Across Madhya Pradesh (Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Ujjain, etc.)
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in direct/B2C sales (Preferred from Telecom, FMCG, BFSI, or Consumer Goods sectors)
Qualification: Any Graduate /  Preferred


Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new customers through direct field sales.
  • Promote and sell company products/services to individual customers (B2C model).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features/benefits to potential customers.
  • Maintain proper records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and after-sales support.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong convincing ability and field sales attitude.
  • Good understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented.
