Position: B2C Sales Executive
Experience: 1+ years in Field Sales / B2C Sales (Insurance, Banking, Telecom, or FMCG preferred)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Compensation: Up to ₹4.00 LPA + Attractive Incentives + Benefits
Location: Rajasthan (Multiple Locations)
Preference: Local Candidates Only

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
• Drive new customer acquisition and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
• Conduct on-ground marketing and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer handling ability and result-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated and comfortable with fieldwork.
