Understand what kind of people the company needs
Search for suitable candidates using job sites like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Talk to many people daily and check if they fit the job
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Keep records updated in Excel or sheets
What You Need:
1+ year of experience in recruitment
Must be good at talking on the phone
Know how to search resumes online
Basic computer and Excel skills
Ready to work with targets and deadlines
