Job Summary:
The Banca Channel Executive is responsible for driving insurance sales through the bancassurance (banca) channel, where insurance products are sold through bank branches. This role involves working closely with bank staff to generate leads, provide product training, and convert prospects into policyholders.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and bank staff coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
- Motivate and train bank employees to promote and cross-sell insurance products.
- Act as the key point of contact between the bank and the insurance company.
- Assist customers visiting the bank in understanding and selecting suitable insurance plans.
- Conduct need-based selling by understanding the financial profile and requirements of customers.
- Support the customer through the policy issuance process and provide post-sales service.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2 year of experience in sales (Any Field) + 2 Years experience in BFSI sector.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
