CTC: Up to 2.75 LPA

Job Description:

We are hiring a Banca Insurance Officer to manage life insurance sales through our partnered bank branches. The role involves customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving assigned branch targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of life insurance products through bank branches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff & customers.
Provide product knowledge and assist customers with policy issuance.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure compliance with guidelines.
Deliver excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory.
1–3 years of sales experience in BFSI (Banking/Finance/Insurance) preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven and proactive.
