We are hiring for a Banca Insurance Officer to manage sales through bank branches. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving insurance product sales, and achieving business targets with the support of the bank team.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert leads through the banca channel.
Build and maintain relationships with bank staff and customers.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable insurance solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer experience and service.

Candidate Requirements

Graduation is mandatory.
1–3 years of sales experience (Banking/Insurance preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented and self-driven.
