About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Banca Insurance Officer to join our team in Godhra. This on-role position involves engaging clients, generating leads, and promoting insurance solutions to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and acquire new clients through direct sales and referrals.
Promote insurance products to meet individual and team sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term engagement.
Ensure timely follow-ups and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with team members to achieve branch/area targets.

Requirements:

Graduate (mandatory).
1–4 years of experience in BFSI/Banca/Insurance sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.
Knowledge of Godhra market and local client behavior is a plus.
