Key Responsibilities

Drive insurance sales via banca channel partners.
Build and maintain relationships with bank staff and clients.
Understand client needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure adherence to company and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Graduation mandatory.
1–3 years of experience in BFSI/insurance sales.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
