Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Banca Area Manager (BAM) to lead and expand our bancassurance operations in the assigned area. This role focuses on driving sales growth, managing channel partners, and ensuring consistent business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of bancassurance executives to achieve area sales targets.
Develop and strengthen relationships with banking partners and channel stakeholders.
Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and implement sales strategies.
Identify growth opportunities in the area and plan market expansion activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare reports on area performance, business growth, and team productivity.

Requirements:

Graduate (mandatory).
2–5 years of experience in BFSI, insurance, or bancassurance sales.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
Knowledge of local market dynamics is a plus.
