About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic Banca Sales Executive to join our team in Thane. This is an on-role position where you will engage clients, generate leads, and drive sales for our financial products.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential clients through direct interactions and referrals.
Promote financial products (loans, insurance, and investment solutions) to meet sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Ensure timely follow-ups and efficient service to clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve branch targets.
Requirements:
Graduate (mandatory).
1–3 years of experience in BFSI/Banca/Insurance/Financial Services sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.
Knowledge of Thane market and local client behavior is a plus.
